Origin: AOC Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy – France. Variety: Pinot Noir 100%. Aging: French Oak, 16 months. Nose: We are attracted by its aromatic harmony, which combines nuances of fine woods with fruits mature. Mouth: the attack is presented to us warm. Fruit dominates with evidence, now it proposes both fruits ripe as fresh for their correct acidity, in balance with its moderate structure and silky tannins. Pleasant ending. Optional pairings among others: Turkey, chicken, veal, rabbit, red meat, and leg of lamb. Semi-cured cheeses. Ideally served at 15°C.
