Pairing: Duck breast, New York steak, tenderloin, lamb, and cheeses from semi-cured to mature. Ideal to serve at 16°C.

Product Description

Clos de Vougeot was the first created by the Cistercian monks upon their arrival in Burgundy, around the 11th century. The land was demarcated in the 14th century and the wall (Clos) was created in the following century. This old vineyard is located in the Côte de Nuits, in the Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru Contrôlée Appellation. It measures just over one hectare, and from it, this limited wine of only 6,000 bottles is made.
