Nose

Intense. It proposes a combination of memories; black fruits, tobacco, leather, undergrowth and spices.

Mouth

Silky upon entry. It advances showing its finesse and balance, warm tannins, well-balanced fruit expression with mineral and spicy touches. Intense, round, fine and very tasty.

Optional Pairings

Stews, dishes with mushrooms, game birds, white and red meats, as well as mature cow, sheep, goat or mixed cheeses.

Service Tips

Serve in the Riedel Veritas Old World Syrah or Extreme Shiraz glass. Decant (Oxygenate) for 1 hour in a decanter, then return it to the bottle and refresh it in the refrigerator for one hour. Best enjoyed at 16°C.
