Nose: proposes aromas of violets that are combined with fruits such as plums, blueberries, and sour cherries. Also remember notes of Mocha, vanilla, and spices. Mouth: Tasty entry. Its fruitiness is perceived immediately, a tasty acidity that helps to balance with chocolate flavors and hints of roasted. Its tannins are friendly, with very good structure, elegance, and complexity. Optional pairings among others: Oily fish, white and red meats (all these proteins at the grill), or in other culinary preparations. Very good with goat and cow cheeses.
