Description
Origin: Neuquén (Patagonia) – Argentina. Variety: Pinot Noir 100%. Ageing: French and American oak (50% each), 6 months. Nose: Expressive. Red fruits such as raspberries, currants, and strawberries, are accompanied by notes of toast and vanilla, and a faint mineral background. Palate: Captivating entry, fair acidity, tannins warm, in its flavors the fruits are intertwined and faint hints of toast and cocoa. Body medium, harmonious and tasty. Optional pairings among others: Fish oily, white meats in sauces with acidity (tomato) or in other culinary preparations, as well as red meats (including grilled), dishes with mushrooms, and creamy, fresh cheeses.
