In our cellars in Lesignano de ‘Bagni, on the banks of the Parma stream, in front of Langhirano, the Ferrarini PDO Parma Ham matures. Three simple ingredients, meat, salt and lots of dexterity and passion: this is how our Parma hams are made in compliance with the oldest generations and the Consortium regulations. Thanks to the technology used, the comfortable and practical trays preserve the characteristics of our Parma Ham for a long time, which remains fresh and fragrant, as if it had just been sliced.
