In our cellars in Lesignano de ‘Bagni, on the banks of the Parma stream, in front of Langhirano, the  Ferrarini cured raw ham matures.
The careful selection of raw materials and the scrupulous control in all stages of processing, respecting the most ancient local traditions, allow us to produce a product with a unique taste, which evokes the atmosphere and flavors of the past.

Thanks to the technology used, the comfortable and practical trays preserve the characteristics of our cured raw ham for a long time, which remains fresh and fragrant, as if just sliced.
