Nose: Complex and aromatic. It proposes ripe fruit, both red and black. Toasted touches, combined with memories of floral, and herbal provide freshness and spices. Mouth: Exquisite from the start. The fruity expression is conjugated with spicy and mineral notes, making it very exciting and complex. Fine tannin, punctual acidity, structured, elegant, and very pleasant. Juicy attack. The black fruits stand out wrapping the palate with spicy and balsamic memories. Tannins are well polished, with correct acidity and structure. intense, deep, with a long and wonderful finish. Optional pairings among others: Game, rib eye, loin, lamb, and mature cheeses. A wine that is enjoyed very ok alone too.
