Product Description

SGN wines are among the greatest rarities and exclusives due to their limited production. The harvest is carried out patiently, selecting individual grapes (hence the name) from each cluster once they have over-ripened and been affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea), which decisively and positively influences them, concentrating their aromatic and gustatory components much more, and they must come from the best vineyards. The result of over-ripening translates into wines with a higher level of residual sugar, but the rot influences its tasty natural acidity, achieving an exquisite balance. Suggested serving temperature is 8°C. Contains 13% alc./vol. The wine presents a moderate crystallization of mineral salts and tartaric acids, as aggressive stabilization methods are not used to preserve all the virtues of the wine. Its aging potential (Reductive Aging) exceeds 30 years.
