Product Description

For the limited production of VT, the vintage must be exceptional, in which the clusters are left to over-ripen for a few more weeks on the vines of the best vineyards, being covered by noble rot which decisively and positively influences them, concentrating much more their aromatic and gustatory components. Late harvests are wines with a higher level of residual sugar “sweetness” than others. Suggested serving temperature 8° C. Contains 14% alc./vol. The wine presents a faint crystallization of mineral salts and tartaric acids, as aggressive stabilization methods are not used to preserve all the virtues of the wine. Its aging potential (Reductive Aging) exceeds 30 years.
