Nose

Perfumed. It displays an exquisite aromatic range such as black fruit with good maturity, spicy aromas of black peppers, notes of graphite, undergrowth (aromas of humid forest, mushrooms, mosses, leaves, wet earth). All of the above accompanied by subtle minty and smoky touches.

Pairing

Great companion for lamb, red meats, and game, as well as aged cheeses. Although it is also tasty on its own.
