Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruit sensations dominate, with hints of red and black fruits and small well-ripened wild berries (blackberry, currant, wild strawberries), floral notes (violet petals) and minerals (graphite, iron). Spicy touches such as cinnamon and black pepper.

Palate: Tasty and full, with broad and complex hints of fruit, minerals and spices in the mouth aromas. Great structure, intensity and finesse. A long, broad and elegant aftertaste.

Pairing

Pairing: A great companion for lamb, red meats and game, as well as mature cheeses. Although it is also tasty on its own.

Description

Aro is made only in the best vintages; after 2010, we will have to wait a few years. The vineyards are over 60 years old. The winery’s most luxurious wine, which corresponds to the concept of “High Expression Wine”. It is ideal for after-dinner, due to its magical finesse.
