Description

Grape: 60% Tempranillo, 40% Merlon Origin: Do Valencia – Spain 2021 Alcohol content: 13% Vineyard: 500-600 meters high, sustainable methods, soils poor in nutrients and rich in limestone, scarce rain.

Vinification: The grapes are carefully fermented between 18-25 degrees Celsius, for 8-10 days. The wines are then stored in storage tanks of stainless steel until they are ready for bottling up.

Pairing: grilled, baked, or fried foods, meat substitutes, rice or pasta dishes, substitute of hams or sausages. Enjoy it at 16-18 degrees centigrade Screw wine, can keep cool after 2-4 days open.
