Description

The LBV was developed as an alternative to Vintage Port. The idea was to create a quality wine that was more affordable and intended for immediate consumption, which could be drunk on a daily basis without the need to consume the entire bottle at once. Although many other houses now have this wonderful style of wine, Taylor’s LBV – the original Late Bottled Vintage – continues to be the reference Port wine within this category.
