Nose: Explosive. Delights with memories of blackberries, cassis, blueberries. Evokes mineral notes, graphite, ground pepper, olives, chocolate, tobacco, and incense.

Mouth: Enveloping entry. Flavors of black fruits, Provencal herbs, and chocolate appear. Mature tannins accompanied by a sensational and creamy texture. Its acidity brings harmony together with its minerality. Dense and structured. Pleasant and long finish.

Pairing: Ideal by itself, as a dessert wine. Excellent with game, the best cuts of red meat, lamb, and mature cheeses.

Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón: This great Cabernet is made in the famous “Beckstoffer Las Piedras” vineyard, located in the St. Helena AVA (American Viticultural Area), one of the most prominent sub-zones for this variety in the Napa Valley. A wine with remarkable purity, opulent and of great lineage. Limited production of 4,500 bottles.
