Pairing: Ideal by itself, as an after-dinner wine. Excellent with game, best cuts of red meat, lamb, and mature cheeses.

Its mineralogy provides a complement of complexity and authenticity. Exuberant, rich, refined, and exquisite. Limited production of 6,000 bottles.
