Nose: Direct and aromatic. Predominantly fresh and ripe black fruits such as blackberries, cassis, blueberries, and plums. Soft spicy notes like cloves, pepper, and vanilla. Subtle mineral background and cigar box.

Palate: Juicy entry. Ripe black fruits intertwined with mineral touches, warm tannins, precise acidity that balances its alcohol. Intense and deep until its long finish.

Pairing: Rabbit, duck, tenderloin or pepper steak. New York, rib eye, churrasco, skirt steak, lamb. Creamy and aged cheeses.
