Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón’s comments: Crafted from a blend of the most prominent vineyards in the appellation (Russian River Valley). Russian River is world-famous for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The style of this great Chardonnay is defined by two main factors: grape quality and the vinification process. It ferments in barrels (using the sur lie system) and continues its aging for approximately one year, providing that pleasant, creamy texture. An exquisite trilogy of citrus, mineral, and tropical fruit notes that envelop and seduce the palate. Limited production of 50,000 bottles.
