750ml Montes – Limited Selection Cabernet 70% & Carmenère 30% (Alpiste)

Origin: Colchagua Valley – Chile. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 70% and Carmenère 30%. Ageing: French Oak, 10 months (47% of the wine). Nose: it gives us a wide aromatic range: Ripe red and black fruits, such as cherries in syrup, strawberries, and figs. The spicy background and aromas of black and red pepper stand out. Grades reminiscent of fresh tobacco and black currant liqueur combine very well with the soft fragrances of coffee and dark chocolate. Mouth: This wine will delight us from its friendly entrance, emphasizing the flavors of the berries. Proposes faint spicy notes. Handsome, balanced, and intense, with a long and pleasant permanence. Optional pairing among others: White meats (pork chops), spaghetti with bolognese sauce, pizza, lamb chops, red meat, food spiced, mushroom risotto, and semi cheese cured.
