Nose

Complex and perfumed. Predominant aromas of blue and red berries such as blueberries, cassis and currants, accompanied by seductive spicy notes, confectionery, coffee, chocolate and a subtle toast.

Palate

Piercing from the entry. Explosive fruit expression; the aromatic sensations are reaffirmed, with soft lactic notes and nutmeg. Balanced, with very rounded tannins, great structure and elegance. Shows exceptional complexity. Flavorful, velvety and long on the finish.

Pairing

Crab or shrimp croquettes; game, lamb, New York (strip steak), rib eye, sirloin (bife de chorizo), churrasco (grilled steak), skirt steak (entraña), as well as mature cheeses.
