Origin: Colchagua Valley – Chile. Varieties: Syrah 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 7%, and Viognier 3%. Ageing: French Oak, 12 months (55% of the wine). Nose: Aromatic. Proposes memories of blackberries, plums, blueberries, and figs. accompanied by touches of black currant liqueur, spices, tobacco, leather, and dark chocolate. Mouth: Sign at the entrance. The palate looks infused with its flavors of fruits and spices. Its tannins are intense but warm, it advances appearing elegant, structured, harmonious, and complex. Long at its end. Optional pairing among others: Pork chops or lamb, dishes with strong flavors, spices, spaghetti with bolognese sauce, meats red in general, and semi-ripe to mature cheeses.
