Description

Origin: Colchagua Valley – Chile. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Merlot 5% and Petit Verdot 5%. Ageing: French Oak, 18 months. Nose: Scented, dominated by ripe red fruits, such as cherries, plums, and raspberries. There are notes from cassis, licorice, vanilla, dulce de leche, and soft notes of toast. Mouth: Fine from its entrance. It gives us flavors of plum, cherry compote, and raspberries. Very good balance, voluptuous on the mid-palate, great structure, and elegance. Very fine tannins, roundness, and elegance in your journey. Long and spicy finish. Optional pairing among others: Duck Confit, Game, Lamb, New York, Rib Eye, Bife de Chorizo, Churrasco, Entraña.
