Origin: Ribera del Duero – Spain. Variety: Tinta del País (Tempranillo) 95% and Grenache 5%. Ageing: French Oak 17 months. Nose: perfumed, aromas of berries, fruits red like currants or raspberries. subtle notes of vanilla and spices. Mouth: silky entry, proposes a lot of red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries, with a touch spicy, balance, and harmony, enveloping freshness and a delicate and pleasant finish. Optional pairings among others: Sushi, fish like trout, tuna, salmon, carpaccios, Iberian charcuterie, white meats, roasts, meats red and fresh to medium-ripe cheeses.
