Origin: Ribera del Duero – Spain. Variety: Tinta del País (Tempranillo) 100%. Ageing: French Oak 18 months. Nose: very concentrated, with plums, currants, blueberries, blackberries, spicy notes, leather, and tobacco. Mouth: soft attack with the presence of flavors to the fruits perceived in the nose. Very elegant and silky, refined tannins, remarkable balance, with a delicious play of textures and a long finish. Optional pairings among others: Sushi, tuna, salmon, stews, white and red meats, game, and semi-cured cheeses.
