Product Description

The pressing process allows for the extraction of the must with gentle pressure that preserves its essence. Fermentation occurs naturally, transforming the must’s own sugars into alcohol. Once completed, the wine is clarified, stabilized, and filtered to remove impurities and small particles. Finally, carbon dioxide is added, creating the characteristic bubbles of the traditional sparkling method. Through purely physical processes and reverse osmosis, the alcohol is extracted while keeping the aromas and flavor of the wine intact. This results in a non-alcoholic wine with all the essence and character of the original wine, which is then bottled.
