Origin: AOP Côtes du Rhône, Rhône South – France. Varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Clairette (white). Aging: 10 months, in French oak barrels and concrete deposits. Nose: Aromatic notes reminiscent of cherry, raspberry, black pepper, truffle, and grilled bacon. Mouth: Friendly entry. Unveils freshness in your advance, fruitiness with a predominance of red berries, spicy touches, moderate intensity, and faint final. Optional pairings among others: Pasta in sauces red, white, and lean red meat, risotto with mushrooms or truffles, and fresh to semi-cured cheeses.
