750ml Saint Cosme Saint – Joseph (Alpiste)

Origin: AOP Saint-Joseph, North Rhône – France. Variety; 100% Serine (an ancient form of Syrah). Aging: 12 months, in French oak (20% barrel new, 40% second-use barrels, and 40% of third use). Nose: Aromatic notes reminiscent of touches florals, wild blueberries, licorice, and tobacco. Mouth: It is presented with a certain nerve at its entrance, a fresh fruit – ripe, intertwined with its minerality, firm tannins, in harmony with its acidity and structure, and long and pronounced finish. Optional pairings among others: Spicy dishes, game, lamb, red meats (such as rump), and cheeses from semi-cured to mature.
