Nose

Great fruit purity on the nose where cherry, strawberry, and red pomegranate predominate, complemented by mineral notes (mushrooms, damp earth), herbs, and toffee.

Palate

Warm on entry. It develops red fruit flavors, as well as citrus touches of tangerine and kumquat. It features delicious silkiness, softness, and liveliness. The finish is pleasant with a certain salinity.

Pairing

Oily fish, white and red (lean) meats, and fresh to semi-cured cheeses.
