Fresh and delicate, with a sparkling effervescence that feels crisp and light on the palate. Hints of oak bark and quinine open up to a wonderfully complex flavor profile that expertly balances bitter and sweet nuances.

Serve chilled, ideally at 6-8°C.

Lemon peel and rosemary work well as a garnish.
