This agave distillate faithfully represents the ancestral tradition of Oaxacan mezcal. Produced in the town of San Andrés, Oaxaca, this mezcal is the result of the distillation of agaves grown in the highlands, where soil and climate conditions provide a unique character to the product. Made 100% from espadín agave, Alipús San Andrés is crafted through artisanal processes, including the cooking of agaves in stone ovens, fermentation with natural yeasts, and distillation in copper stills. This mezcal is highly regarded for its balance between the sweet notes of the agave and the traditional smoky touch characteristic of high-quality artisanal mezcals.

Nose: It presents a complex aromatic profile with notes of ripe fruits such as banana and pineapple, combined with the characteristic smoky aroma of mezcal.
