700ml Select Aperitivo (Alpiste)

Description

Select Aperitivo is a liqueur of Venetian origin created in 1920. Recognized as the essential ingredient of the Venetian Spritz. Select is made by carefully blending 30 botanical ingredients, including juniper berries and rhubarb root. The juniper berries undergo a special maceration and distillation process to reach their purest form. This gives Select its fresh and resinous notes and enhances the structure and persistence of the product. This entire process contributes to its unique flavor profile, being a bitter that generates great exclusivity in the category and is one of the best-selling Spritzes in Italy.
