Product Description

Barolo is one of the kings of Italian red wines. Made with grapes from the famous Brunate vineyard, which covers only 5.6 hectares, this wine features a limited production of just 6,000 bottles. A wine of lineage, it is intense and very silky at the same time, with a finesse that stands out from start to finish. The Ceretto family has been dedicated for years to finding a natural balance with the environment; as a result, starting from the 2014 harvest, this wine is certified as “Organic” or Biological.

Mouth: Exuberant from the start, it shows excellent balance and intensity in the mid-palate. Intense tannins and precise acidity envelop the palate, accompanied by a great structure and a marked finish.

This wine pairs excellently with dishes featuring mushrooms or truffles, Barolo risotto, various pastas, game meats, fatty red meats, lamb, and mature cheeses.
