Nothing is removed during processing, which means you get all of the nutritional benefits of the bran, endosperm and germ in your bowl. The soft, creamy texture of this oatmeal is so flavorful and indulgent, you almost forget it’s packed with fiber and plant-based protein!
The high fiber content of oatmeal may help reduce the risk of heart disease—whether you eat steel cut, extra thick or regular oatmeal. But our quick oats are the perfect balance of flavor and convenience. Use them to make overnight oats in the fridge, or create your own recipe for a dry oatmeal mix: place oats in an airtight container and toss in chia or flaxseeds, nuts and dried fruit. In the morning, scoop 1/2 cup into a bowl or mug, add steaming hot water and let stand for 1 minute. Delicious oatmeal in a flash!

To prepare this easy gluten free pizza dough, just add eggs, warm water and olive oil (a stand mixer can be helpful), then spread the gluten free dough on an oiled pizza pan. The mix contains a yeast packet and creates an authentic crispy crust. The texture and taste of this crust is fantastic! It’s crispy and chewy and has the wonderful yeast flavor of a wheat crust. Try adding a little basil, oregano, garlic, or finely chopped rosemary to the mix.
We’ve received many happy reports from our customers about their creations: cheese breads, stromboli, chapati, roti and naan, to name a few. It makes a very tasty flatbread (cover with cheese and your favorite vegetables for the second baking) to serve with soups and heartier stews. If you want to branch out further, cut the dough for donuts, fry it up and coat with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
Follow the recipe on the package to make outstanding gluten free cinnamon rolls with this versatile mix. You can also make pretzels sprinkled with a little salt, and serve with a side of mustard. Additionally, our Gluten Free Pizza Crust has been praised for making delicious bread sticks with garlic and butter.

| Sorghum grains are unrelated to wheat, so they are suitable for those with celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. Traditionally, this gluten free flour has been used to create pancakes, porridges, beer and flatbread such as jowar roti in India. It can also substitute for other grains in cakes, cookies, breads and muffins. Due to its mild taste and smooth texture, sorghum flour is a great choice to replace wheat flour in sweet breads, cookies and more—although keep in mind you’ll need to include a binder such as xanthan gum.
Sorghum is the third most important cereal crop nationally and the fifth most important around the world. After originating in Africa thousands of years ago, the grains spread through the Middle East and Asia via ancient trade routes, travelling to the Arabian Peninsula, India and China along the Silk Road. Today, sorghum remains a staple food in India and Africa and is growing in popularity in America. In fact, the sweet sorghum used to make sorghum syrup is grown in the American South, including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee.
Increase your daily intake of whole grains the easy way: add 15% to 20% sorghum flour to your flour mixes to make delicious breads, cakes and cookies. You can also browse our extensive collection of recipes using sorghum, from monkey bread to dinner rolls!

Our steel cut oats are the perfect addition to your gluten free diet! Our gluten free oats undergo R5 ELISA testing. These oats are then processed and packaged in our 100% dedicated gluten free facility and tested again to ensure they meet our strict standards.
Oats are a delicious, nutritious breakfast. While the cooking time for steel cut oats is longer than many rolled oats, you can easily make steel cut oatmeal in a slow cooker. They’re also ideal for overnight oats!
Although a tiny fraction of the population cannot tolerate even the purest gluten free oats, most will find oats to be a deliciously welcomed addition to their diets. If you're unsure, please consult first with your doctor.
