750ml Taylor’s 20 Year Old Tawny Port Wine (Alpiste)

Description

Ideal between 10 to 14°C. Serve in a Port glass or a Bordeaux-style red wine glass. It should not be decanted. Storage (once opened): 2 months. These are lighter, crispier, and with a more pronounced nut character than Ruby ports. The 20-year-old Tawny Port has wonderful acidity and is excellent with crème brûlée, almond and honey tart, and cheeses such as Parmesan and Manchego. Serve it as a replacement for a Sauternes or a Gewürztraminer, with delicate foie gras and brioche. Its rich acidity cuts through the richness of the pâté perfectly at the start of a wonderful dinner.
