Nose: It has a tempting bouquet of cherries, strawberries and tomato leaf that follow on the palate and are balanced with more savory notes of baking spices and freshly turned earth.

Mouth: Bright acidity balances well with the medium body, layered over soft and flexible tannins that conclude with an attractive and persistent finish.

Pairing: Combines perfectly with cold cuts, cured cheeses and tomato-based pasta dishes.

Sommelier’s Comments: Planted at a density of 3,500 vines per hectare, on clay soils with an eastern orientation, the grapes are harvested both by hand and by machine. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, followed by fermentation at 25-26°C in 60-100 hl tanks for 10 days. The wine undergoes a part of the malolactic fermentation after racking, then it is clarified and rests in stainless steel for 3-6 months.
