Origin: Neuquén (Patagonia) – Argentina. Variety: Merlot 100%. Ageing: French and American oak (40% of the wine), 4 months. Nose: Aromatic in which aromas are combined of red and black fruits, anise, mint, vanilla, and spices. Mouth: Smooth entry. The flavors of the fruits, of good acidity, pleasant tannins, medium body, and good finish. Optional pairings among others: Sausages, Rooster Pinto, married with chicken, pork, or steak.
