Cuvée Brut is an iconic multi-vintage champagne, crafted from a blend of over 100 crus from three Champagne grape varieties. Since its founding in 1785, the House of Piper-Heidsieck has demonstrated its innovative capacity in the selection and blending of exceptional wines. Additional Information

Origin: Reims, France. Selected plots located mainly in Les Riceys.

Aging: Minimum aging on lees of 24 months and minimum aging after disgorgement of 6 months.

Color: Clear gold.

Nose: On the nose, it offers delicate notes of pear, white peach, citrus, and orange blossom.

Palate: On the palate, aromas of toasted bread, fresh almonds, and mint are also appreciated. The Chardonnay and Meunier enhance the Pinot Noir, providing the desired freshness to the blend of this iconic cuvée.

Pairing: Sublime as an aperitif, this is a champagne for every occasion. A perfect pairing for this champagne would be fresh tagliatelle, grilled prawns, and a white butter sauce with champagne. It also pairs very well with beef tartare or zucchini flowers, feta cheese, and spelt.
