Origin: D.O. Cava, Vilafranca del Penedès – Spain. Varieties: Xarel.lo 55%, Macabeo 30% and Parellada fifteen%. Elaboration: Classic Method, 24 months. Nose: Scented, reminiscent of fresh fruit but all ripe, toasted, and spicy touches that give it a complex bouquet. Mouth: its entry is penetrating. Advance emphasizing the flavors of the nose notes, very good balance, intensity, and a persistent finish. Optional pairings among others: Ideal for the toast and from the aperitif.
