Nose: Expressive. memories of black fruits, touch licorice, very balsamic, spicy touches (White pepper); subtle notes of toast, coffee, and light mineral touches. Mouth: Tasty from the start. stand out the fresh fruits. Lively acidity, well combined with its young tannins, structure, power, and finesse. Optional pairings among others: hunting, suckling lamb, lamb, red meats, and cured cheeses (Cow or Sheep or mixed).
