Carmenère is considered one of the six original red varieties of Bordeaux, France. A creative wine in which the know-how of two generations of Aurelio Montes (Founder and son, both winemakers) is fused. In the glass, it proposes a remarkable fusion of softness and power in a single sip, inviting continuous enjoyment from start to finish. A great varietal of the noble Carmenère grape, rediscovered in 1994 in Chile. An ideal wine for experts and lovers of this exquisite variety.

Palate: Warm from its entry. It advances exposing its fruity expression, very well balanced with the complexity added by its passage through barrels, a fair acidity that adds vivacity, friendly tannins, soft and powerful at the same time.

Pairings: Dishes with peppers or sweet chili sauce, with spices like pepper, pasta, white and red meats.
