Origin: Aconcagua Valley, Coast – Chile. Variety: Pinot Noir 100%. Ageing: French Oak, 7 months. Nose: Notes of fresh cherries and strawberries stand out on a wild floral background of rose petals and herbs. Accompanied by vanilla sensations and sweet milk. Mouth: frank and warm entrance. Its freshness breaks through (excellent acidity) and fruitiness (again red fruits appear), intertwined with soft tannins, it is silky, elegant, full-bodied light, and wispy finish. Optional pairing: Soft soups and creamy (mushroom or chicken). sushi, fish (tilapia, trout, tuna, salmon). meats white (turkey, chicken, pork chops, and veal).
