Nose

Red berries like cherry and currants. It moves forward opening notes of black fruits like fresh figs and floral memories like violet.

Palate

This new wine offers us a smooth entry. The nose notes are repeated again in the mouth. It advances showing itself harmonious, warm, with a soft tannicity and a successful acidity that brings freshness. Delicate aftertaste of fresh figs and a soft finish.

Pairing

Pizzas, pastas, oily fish, rice dishes, white and red meats, as well as fresh to semi-cured cheeses.
