Description

Origin: La Consulta, San Carlos and the Valley of Tupungato (Mendoza) – Argentina. Variety: Malbec 100%. Ageing: French Oak (80%) and American (20%), 12 months. Nose: Aromatic. Offers aromas of red fruits well ripe as cherries and sour cherries, accompanied by notes of vanilla, cocoa, and tobacco. Mouth: Silky entrance. Fresh and ripe fruit invade our palate. Sweet tannins, ranging from hand with their balance, intensity, structure, and elegance. Pleasant and long finish. Optional pairings among others: Black pudding, tuna, red snapper, salmon (grilled), chicken, pork, kid, red meats, and semi-ripe cheeses.
