Origin: Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo), Mendoza – Argentina. Varieties: 100% Malbec. Ageing: French Oak, 6 months (40% of the wine). Nose: Presents a variety of fruit aromas fresh that evoke strawberries, blackberries, cherries, and plums. Which are complemented by notes to chocolate and tobacco. Mouth: Your first impression reveals an extraordinary smoothness. Then highlight the freshness and fruitiness, typical of the variety with hints of red and black fruits, round tannins and elegant, moderately intense structure, marked balance, and a pleasant finish with medium persistence. Optional pairings among others: Pasta, red snapper, trout, tuna, salmon and white or red meats, griddle or grill. Fresh and creamy cheeses.
