Origin: Rio Negro Valley, Patagonia – Argentina. Varieties: Malbec 95% and Merlot 5%. Ageing: French Oak (second use), 11 months. Nose: Very aromatic. Start by proposing a memory of dry moss, move forward with memories of violet, red and black fruits, a faint memory of olives and spices, accompanied by a subtle touch of undergrowth Mouth: Silky and phenomenal entry. In his advance, he perceives its finesse, and ripe tannins (almost sweet). The fruit displays freshness and maturity in harmony. It is round, with a good body, and very tasty. Their ending is pleasant and pronounced. Optional pairings among others: Chicken, pork, rabbit, kid, tenderloin, loin, and roasts. The cow or mixed mature cheeses will be a good companion.
