Origin: Agrelo (Mendoza) – Argentina. Variety: Tempranillo 100%. Ageing: French and American oak, 4 months. Nose: aromatic. Invites the memory of fruits fresh blacks, herbs, and spices that complement hints of vanilla and oak toasted. Mouth: Fresh, delicate, fruity, friendly, and moderately intense. Optional pairings among others: Tapas in general, antipasti, charcuterie, fish (tuna or salmon) white, and red meats. Fresh or semi cheeses mature.
