Mouth: Soft entry. It blends red fruit flavors very well with spicy touches. It displays freshness, light intensity, young but friendly tannins, very pleasant and easy to drink.

Pairings: Charcuterie, fish such as tuna, red snapper and salmon, pasta, pizza, chicken and red meats such as tenderloin. Cheeses, from semi-cured to mature. Manchego goes very well.
