Origin: D.O. Bierzo – Spain. Variety: 100% Godello. Ageing: Fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Nose: Demonstrates its aromas of fresh white flowers and fruit, typical of the godello variety. Mouth: Fresh and persistent without losing acidity balanced characteristic of the variety. Optional pairings among others: Fish oily, shellfish (crustaceans and mollusks), White sauce pasta, risotto, white meats (a la grill), and semi-cured cheeses.
