Origin: DO Toro – Spain. Variety: 100% bull ink. Ageing: 12 months, French Oak (30% new and 70% 1 use). Nose: Proposes memories of fruit in liquor, plum, aniseed, mineral, and roasted. Mouth: fresh and pleasant entrance. are presented with hints of fresh fruit, firm and warm tannins, and good structure, depth, and concentration. Its finish is long and mineral. Optional pairings among others: White meats like pork in its various preparations Spanish, game, lamb, red meat such as Entraña, New York or Rib Eye, dishes with mushrooms and semi-ripe cheese.
