Origin: Ribera del Duero – Spain.

Variety(ies): Tinta del País (Tempranillo) 100%.

Aging: French Oak (used) 36 months.

Nose: Exuberant. Reminiscent of ripe fruits, floral touches such as violets, and spices including curry.

Mouth: Extremely elegant, rich in expression of ripe fruit which envelops the entire palate, silky tannins, complex, with a long and pleasant finish.

Pairing: It is an exceptional wine that will be enjoyed very well alone, by itself. A great companion for delicacies such as Iberian sausages, pork, lamb, and red meats, as well as medium to mature cheeses.
